Principal’s Message:

Dear Hendrick Ranch Community:

The Hendrick Ranch Elementary School Husky’s Motto is P.A.W.S. (People Always Working Successfully for Student Learning) and collectively we have shown some exceptional results:

We are a community pulling together to help all our students learn.

  • Our school has one of the highest Achievement Test Scores in the district for Title 1 Schools- an API of 783.
  • An increase of 13 API points.
  • A Similar School’s Rank of 9 out of 10 when compared to 100 like schools in the state.
  • Increases in ELA (English-Language Arts) and Math Proficiency across all grade levels.
  • One of the lowest suspension rates of all schools in the district.
  • Students actively participating in Instrumental Music, Folklorico and Studio Broadcasting.

We are a community pulling together to make Hendrick Ranch a special place

Our Successful Students

Congratulations to our hardworking students who live up daily to the Husky Pledge:

I am a Husky! I pledge to…

Be at School on time every day,

Do my homework,

Become a powerful reader,

Master my math facts,

Build up my school,

Try my best every day,

Make my teachers and parents proud.

We look forward to a great 2009-2010 school year….

Respectfully,
